② A deposit is an advance payment of part of the price and does not have the nature of liquidated damages for breach or earnest money for cancellation. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the criteria set forth in Article 16, and refunds shall not be restricted merely because a payment is a deposit.
③ If a Member applies for a reservation and does not complete payment within the payment waiting period set by the Company, the reservation shall be automatically cancelled and the spot that had been secured shall be released to other Users. The payment waiting period shall be displayed on the reservation screen.

5. The conditions, method, and effect of cancellation
③ When the Company intends to convert a service previously provided free of charge into a paid service or to increase the amount of a recurring payment, the Company shall obtain the Member's consent within the 30 days before the conversion or increase takes place, and shall also inform the Member of the conditions, method, and effect of cancellation. This applies both where the regular fee applies after a free trial period ends and where the regular fee applies after a discount period ends.
④ Before a payment is made through automatic renewal, the Company shall notify the Member of the scheduled payment date and the scheduled payment amount through the contact information registered by the Member.

Article 16 (Withdrawal of Offer and Refunds)
① A Member may withdraw the offer within 7 days from the date of receiving the written document regarding the contents of the contract. However, if the goods or services are supplied later than the time the document is received, the Member may withdraw the offer within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods or services or the date on which their supply begins.

5. Where the product is produced individually according to the Member's order, such that allowing withdrawal of the offer is expected to cause serious and irreparable damage to the Company, and the Company has notified the Member of this fact in advance and obtained the Member's written consent
③ Cancellation and refunds for Classes, Races, and Run Tours shall follow the criteria set forth in the Individual Notices for each program. The Individual Notices shall also state the cancellation period, the deduction rate for each time interval, and the reasons for deduction.
④ If a Paid Service is not provided for reasons attributable to the Company, the Company shall refund the full price and, if the Member has suffered any damage, compensate the Member for such damage.
⑤ If a Class, Race, or Run Tour is called off for reasons for which neither the Company nor the Member is responsible, such as a natural disaster, the spread of an infectious disease, a sudden deterioration in air quality, or an order from a relevant authority, the Member may choose from among the following subparagraphs. In this case, the Company shall publicly disclose the breakdown of the actual costs.

② The Company shall confirm a reservation after checking the capacity, the validity of the schedule, and whether there are duplicate applications.
③ The Company may change the schedule or place of a Class or cancel it if there is an unavoidable reason, such as bad weather, deterioration in air quality, restrictions on the use of the venue, or an accident involving the coach. In this case, the Company shall notify Members without delay, and Members may choose between participating on the changed schedule and receiving a full refund.
④ When participating in a Class, Members shall follow the attendance confirmation procedures set by the Company.

On the product details screen and on the screen immediately before application, the Company shall display the Seller's trade name, representative, address, telephone number, business registration number, tourism business registration number, and mail-order business report number, and shall inform Members that the Company is not a party to the transaction and that the Seller bears responsibility for the withdrawal of offers, cancellations and refunds, and the performance of the travel contract.

③ If a Member deletes a Post or terminates the Service Agreement, the license under paragraph (2) shall terminate to that extent. However, this shall not apply to the portions included in promotional materials that have already been lawfully produced and distributed.
④ If the Company wishes to use Posts for separate advertising beyond the purposes set forth in paragraph (2), it shall obtain the Member's prior consent.

① The Coaching Features provide information that can be used as a reference for training, based on the Member's Running Records, Form Analysis results, and information entered by the Member.
② Form Analysis is performed by extracting numerical values relating to the skeleton, such as joint angles, from videos recorded by the Member, calculating a form score, and suggesting suitable exercises from among corrective exercises prepared in advance. The Company does not use videos recorded for Form Analysis or numerical values relating to the skeleton for the purpose of identifying individual Members.
③ Form Analysis results may be viewed only by the Member and the assigned coach designated by the Member.
④ The information provided by the Coaching Features is not intended for medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment and does not replace the judgment of a medical professional. Members shall judge their own health condition, and if they feel any physical abnormality, they shall immediately stop exercising and consult a medical professional.
⑤ The goals and intensities suggested by the Coaching Features are based on general standards and may not fully reflect each Member's physical condition, medical history, and condition on the day. Members shall adjust them to suit their own condition.
⑥ The Company shall not be liable for damage arising from a Member's use of the Coaching Features contrary to paragraphs (4) and (5). However, this shall not apply to damage caused by the Company's intent or negligence.

③ The Company does not use data linked and imported from the Apple Health application and Google Health Connect for the machine learning under paragraph (1), does not use such data for advertising or marketing purposes, and does not sell it to third parties. Such linked data is used only for displaying Running Records and statistics to the Member, for guidance by the assigned coach where the Member has applied for a coach connection, and for the use of summary metrics to answer the Member's questions in the AI coaching feature, and its specific scope shall be as set forth in the Privacy Policy.
④ Form Analysis videos and the numerical values relating to the skeleton extracted from them do not fall under the linked data under paragraph (3). The Company may use them for the machine learning under paragraph (1) only where the Member has separately consented, and even in this case shall use them only after processing them so that individual Members cannot be identified.
⑤ Members may withdraw the consent under paragraph (1) at any time in the Service settings. If consent is withdrawn, the Company shall not use the Member's data for machine learning from that point onward. However, since it is technically difficult to separate and reverse the portions that were already used for machine learning and reflected in the model before the withdrawal, the Company shall handle such data in a manner that does not retain it in a form that can identify the Member.

Article 27 (Restrictions on Use and Termination by the Company)
① If a Member engages in any act falling under any of the subparagraphs of Article 23, the Company may issue a warning, temporarily restrict use, permanently restrict use, or terminate the Service Agreement.
② When the Company takes a measure under paragraph (1), it shall notify the Member of the reason, the period, and the method of filing an objection. However, in case of urgent necessity, the Company may take the measure first and notify the Member afterward.
③ If a Member objects to a measure taken under paragraph (1), the Member may file an objection with the Company within 14 days from the date of receiving the notice, and if the Company finds the objection to be justified, it shall immediately resume the Member's use of the Service.
④ If the Company terminates the Service Agreement under paragraph (1) and there are Paid Services that have been paid for but not provided, the Company shall refund their price. However, if the Company has suffered damage due to the Member's act, the Company may deduct the amount of such damage from the refund.

Article 31 (Notices)
① When the Company gives notice to a Member, it may do so by the email address, app notification, or text message registered by the Member.
② The Company may substitute notice to an unspecified large number of Members by posting it on the initial screen of the Service for at least 7 days. However, matters that have a significant impact on the Member's own transactions shall be notified individually by the method set forth in paragraph (1).
Article 32 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
① The Company operates a customer service center to handle Members' opinions and complaints.
② The laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern disputes arising between the Company and Members.
③ Lawsuits concerning these Terms shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act(민사소송법).
