This Privacy Policy applies to the Zero2Run mobile app and the connected running class, coaching, booking, commerce, and subscription services operated by Runcop Company Co., Ltd. ((주)런콥컴퍼니, “Runcop,” “we,” or “us”).

We process personal data only as needed to provide Zero2Run, for the purposes described here, and in accordance with applicable law.

Account and profile: email address, name or nickname, social sign-in identifier (Apple, Google, or Kakao), and an optional profile image.

Running and health or fitness: distance, duration, pace, GPS route, and HealthKit or Health Connect data such as heart rate, sleep, or HRV when you grant permission and activate the feature.

Form analysis: an optional running-form video you submit and the coach feedback associated with it.

Bookings, orders, and subscriptions: participant or recipient name, contact details, shipping address, booking and order records, product ID, store, transaction identifier, subscription status, and expiration. Toss Payments, Apple, or Google processes full payment credentials; we do not store full card details.

Device and usage: push token, app, operating-system and device information, anonymous installation identifier, app interactions, access logs, crash reports, and diagnostics.

Support: your name, contact details, inquiry, and our response.

We use data to create and secure accounts; record runs; provide statistics, coaching, health integrations, form analysis, and coach feedback.

We also use it to fulfill class, coaching, event, and merchandise bookings; verify subscription purchases and grant access; send service notifications; and handle support or disputes.

Usage and diagnostic data helps us keep the service reliable, prevent abuse, understand aggregate usage, and improve features.

We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only when you direct us to, when needed to provide a requested service, or when law requires it.

A coach may access relevant training data and submitted video when you choose coaching data sharing. For partner travel or event products, the product page identifies the recipient and data needed to fulfill the booking.

We use providers for payments (Toss Payments, Apple App Store, and Google Play), database, authentication and storage (Supabase), web hosting (Vercel), and push notifications, analytics and crash diagnostics (Google Firebase). We require providers to protect data and use it only for the contracted service.

Zero2Run may display house promotions for Runcop classes, coaching, events, merchandise, or Zero2Run features.

The current app uses no third-party advertising SDK, does not collect an advertising identifier, and does not use personal data for personalized advertising or cross-app ad tracking. We will update this policy and the store disclosures before that practice changes and obtain consent where required.

We delete account and service data without undue delay when its purpose ends or you delete your account. We may isolate and retain the minimum data needed for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, or security.

Where Korean e-commerce law applies, contract, cancellation, payment, and supply records may be retained for five years; consumer complaint and dispute records for three years; and legally required access logs for three months.

We delete electronic files using methods designed to prevent recovery and destroy paper records by shredding or incineration. You control HealthKit and Health Connect source data through the relevant platform settings and policies.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. You can revoke health-data and coach-sharing permissions in Zero2Run or your operating-system settings.

You can delete your account from More or Settings in the app. If you need to start the request outside the app, use our public account-deletion instructions.

We use measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), least-privilege and row-level access controls, authentication and authorization checks, access and error logging, and security-capable cloud infrastructure.

Do not include passwords, full receipts, purchase tokens, signed payment payloads, or service-account credentials in an email inquiry.

When this policy changes, we will publish the effective date and material changes in the service or on our website. Material changes will be announced within a reasonable period before they take effect.
